Creamy Skillet Beef Hash – One skillet meal!


The greatness and simplicity of a one skillet meal makes me happy!


1 1/4 pound ground beef

1/2 cup celery, chopped

1/2 onion, chopped

1 can cream of mushroom soup

2 cups frozen diced potatos

Salt and Pepper


  1. In a large skillet brown beef, onions and celery.  Drain if necessary.
  2. Add Potatoes and cream of mushroom and cook over medium heat till potatoes are soft, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.  I like a lot of pepper in this dish, more than I usually go for. 

How much easier could it be?  I alwalys have chopped onions and celery on hand in the refrigerator, so there was virtually no prep for me.  It was like a great scavenger hunt of a dinner!  One dish clean up, woo HOO!
