1 1/4 pound ground beef
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups frozen diced potatos
Salt and Pepper
- In a large skillet brown beef, onions and celery. Drain if necessary.
- Add Potatoes and cream of mushroom and cook over medium heat till potatoes are soft, about 10 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. I like a lot of pepper in this dish, more than I usually go for.
How much easier could it be? I alwalys have chopped onions and celery on hand in the refrigerator, so there was virtually no prep for me. It was like a great scavenger hunt of a dinner! One dish clean up, woo HOO!
